Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a minute walk from the main square. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable, though lacking character and a bit stuffy initially. The service is very polite and helpful, going beyond the call of duty. Dining offers continental options that fill you up till 3 pm. The location couldn't be better, with everything close by.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The quad and triple room was excellent and tidy, offering 4 bottles of water, tea and coffee sachets, and a kettle. The room was very large and comfortable, and the hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city center and attractions with transportation links at the doorstep. However, some noise from the tram line could be heard occasionally.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main square and the Jewish quarter, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms are incredibly spacious and beautifully furnished in a charming 'olde worlde' style. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience offered a delicious selection of Polish cold salads and made-to-order omelets.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, exuding a sense of historical significance that was intriguing. However, there was a small hiccup with the sofa bed that needed sorting out promptly. The service was top-notch, the location was perfect for exploring the city center, and the dining experience offered a great variety of options. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor quirks to consider.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were lovely, quite large, with high ceilings, and beautifully furnished, making my third-person stay perfect. The bathrooms were well equipped, enhancing the overall experience. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and hospitable staff who even provided me with a complimentary drinks voucher on check-in and free WiFi access. The location was excellent, only a five-minute walk to the Rynek, and everything I needed was within reach, from trams to restaurants. However, I received a room facing the inner garden, which was a slight drawback. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a gorgeous buffet with a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, hams, cheeses, and more. Overall, my stay was wonderful.
The hotel was fantastic, with spacious rooms overlooking the car park. The rooms had all the amenities one could need, including a reasonably priced minibar. The hotel staff, particularly Julia in the restaurant, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering a glass of bubbly. The location was brilliant, right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of continental choices to order from.
